LEONE provides lifetime service for all products we sold.

Warranty Statement

The corresponding free warranty period is provided for the main unit from the date of Ex-factory.
LEONE promises that each warranted product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the manuals and specifications provided by us. This warranty is only valid to direct buyer, does not extend to any subsequent purchaser. 
And warranty service will be conducted by a authorized LEONE distributor. 
The products, need to be replaced within the warranty period, will be replaced by the products with same specifications, and the replacing products have same rights as the original products.

Complaint Procedure

I. Receive the feedback from customer.
II. Response to customer as soon as possible (within 24 hours) and ask for the more information about the product: model number, serial number (SN), the detailed malfunction etc. 
III. Offer the professional solutions to customer. The possible defective spare parts will be returned to LEONE for test, repairing or replacing, please refer to Return Procedure. 
IV. Close the service case after get positive feedback from customer.

Return Procedure

I. Contact with LEONE company for “Return Material Confirmation”. Information like Model No., Serial No.(SN) , and reason for return should be provided by the customer. 
II. Only with LEONE confirmation, the return material could be delivered back to LEONE. 
III. All items must be packed well before delivery, and Confirmation No. must be marked clearly on the packages. 
IV. When the packages arrives at LEONE, the customer will be informed by us.

Warranty Exemptions

When the warranty period is expired,or the following situations, services will be charged at reasonable cost and it should be born by the user.
* Failure or damage caused by improper operation. 
* Failure or damage caused by repairing, modification not authorized by LEONE.
* System failure due to fluctuation of voltage.
